What We’re Looking For
Travelpro is seeking Product Development Assistant Intern to join our team this summer!  This part-time internship will provide on-the-job project management experience for Consumer Products Goods (CPG) for a major brand!

 
What You’ll Do
In this role you will:

  • Learn the Stage-Gate Process for Product Development
  • Prepare print-ready files for a variety of materials, from booklets to posters.
  • Learn about the overall project management process which includes how to develop timelines, address project delays, capture lessons learned, etc.
  • Support project managers to help facilitate project work including project status maintenance, project schedules and project documentation revisions.
  • Create of training materials/programs
  • Assist with the creation and roll-out of new/improved processes or tools to project teams
  • May also assist with deliverables on an as-needed basis
  • “Day on the life” training - Shadow managers and attend stakeholder meetings to understand product development/project management responsibilities.

What You’ll Need
  • Must be a college student obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Project Management/Agile Project Management, Product Management, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or another related field.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship.
  • Must be local (WPB, Broward and Dade candidates ONLY!!)
